Flexo folder gluer maintenance

(1)The flexo folder gluer should be kept clean and cleaned frequently.

(2)Wipe the flexo folder gluer’s belt with clean water to keep it clean and prevent slipping, especially to prevent it from sticking to the belt. The rubber wheel and rubber box on the bottom of the hook must be cleaned after work every day, otherwise the glue in the glue box will freeze and affect the glue application effect.

(3)The glue box at the gluing part of the folding shall be kept clean and frequently scrubbed.

(4)The flexo folder gluer is strictly forbidden to speed control when the governor stops, otherwise the belt will be severely worn.

(5)The flexo folder gluer’s inner row plate support, shaft and roller shall be cleaned frequently, and mixed with lubricating oil and butter for better effect, which can shake left and right to prevent rust.

(6)It is best to drive slowly before starting the flexo folder gluer to check whether there is any abnormality.
